Trade-Ins
Trade-Ins are the core of our business. They allow us to build up inventory while offloading your extra books and giving back cash and/or credit in the process!

How it Works
All you have to do is bring in your books! There's no need for an appointment ahead of time. However, if you are interested in selling a large collection (i.e. a personal library), calling is much appreciated so we can ready space in the store.

Once we have the books, we'll go through them and see which ones we can take. This process ranges from 5-15 minutes depending on how many books are brought in, so feel free to browse the store or the other shops here in the Village!
Afterwards, we will give both a cash and a credit offer for what you've brought in. Feel free to barter with us - we want to give the best deals possible! We ask that you take back the rest of the books we were not able to take unless you're wanting them donated. Also, if you leave them for multiple days, please pick them up as soon as you can once we give you our offer!

What We Give
When you bring in books, we can give you either cash or credit back in return. The cash will be straight from our cash drawer, but the credit works a bit differently. It can be used for up to half off a purchase. For example, if you're given $10 of credit and you buy a $10 book, you'll only be able to use $5 of that credit.
Using Your Credit
When trading for credit, we will take down your name and phone number to put you in our system. Next time you come in, just tell us your name as we will use it to take half-off your purchase. The credit you receive from trade-ins never expires.
