Author Events
We love being a resource for our local authors. Not only do we have their books in store, but every month we try and host an event to promote their work!
Signings
On event days, the author will have a little booth set up inside the store. There, you'll be able to meet them, buy one of their books, and have it personalized! These are offered for roughly 2-3 hours and are usually hosted on Saturdays for the best traffic.
Readings
After the signing, the author will read a small sample of their work. This will take place either in-store in a "storytime" like setting or on the porch across the street at Doc's. It's always a treat to hear the person behind the words read them aloud. You don't get that experience very often!
